The Greater St. Louis Iris Society, Inc. has been incorporated for several years. This was done to protect the Officers and Directors from any personal liability for any actions of the club or any accidents at a club event. The American Iris Society also provides a blanket disability insurance policy to protect both AIS and non-AIS persons at any affiliate club activity.
